If someone told you that in one place you can also take a nap and rest a little with yourselves, also build a strong body in a fun way that really works, also meet friends for tea, all at the same time?
Because feeling wonderful is simple

Do you want an hour of

disconnection from everything,

and connection with yourself,

listen to the silence,

clear your head,

give the body movement ,

Take a real break from the routine?

We told ourselves it was time to find a place. A place to move the body, a place that will give us a reason to stop the routine of school, work, family, a place that will allow a way to both forget about everything and think about everything anew. A place that when you leave, you will feel the wow, how fun it was to come and how good I feel now.

You must have already tried many things before you came to Yogapoint and there are no two yoga centers in the world that are alike. So try us and you can feel for yourself the difference and uniqueness of our classes.

We offer an integrative way: fitness, flexibility, skill, meditation and relaxation, and a homely and social atmosphere in small and medium groups (up to 17 per class). With us, you will train in a very wide variety of structured and anatomy-based series of strengthening and flexibility exercises from the classical and new worlds of yoga, to renew the mind and preserve the body. Yoga can give a lot for fitness but also provide and support other aspects of our life. That's her advantage. It's called yoga.

what is my story
Omer Hagai, founder teacher manager and student at Yogapoint

When I was 7 years old my parents signed me up for a course for children where we learned introspection, meditative states of mind, guided imagination, breathing exercises and more. Although they did not mention the name yoga and did not engage in physical exercises, it was the first yoga course and what I learned in it accompanied and accompanies me.

14 years later, at the age of 21, I met a friend who told me that she does yoga regularly and how much it is fun for her and affects her positively. So I asked her, what do we do in yoga? She showed me 2 easy and familiar yoga positions: the "fetus pose" and the "fish pose" and I tried that too. This is how I did yoga for the first time. The whole "class" took no more than five minutes, but I was surprised how all that day I continued to feel a strong concentration and calmness, a feeling that something inside had opened, that the thoughts were suddenly organized in a masterful order, and the lightness of the physical body. In one word: resilience. The next morning I went to a yoga class.

I started practicing yoga as a form of exercise that I really liked. I didn't know there was a connection between this and meditation, philosophy and other aspects. But I did know that I was shedding excess weight and feeling like an athlete (until yoga I was the most unathletic). And my learning ability and with them my grades changed a lot for the better.

After two years of regular practice, my teacher came up with the idea that I should join a yoga teacher course that is taking place soon. Although at first it sounded funny to me, in the end I found myself on a plane to South India, for my first yoga teacher course. Contrary to expectations, the teachers in India only taught stretches and poses part of the time, and the rest of the time we learned the same things as what I learned in the same course for children from the age of 7: meditation, breathing, relaxation.

This is how the circle closed and the realization that the two things I like to do, yoga and meditation, are actually one thing, and I knew that this is what I want to do in my life .

There is nothing more satisfying for me than seeing the members of the lovely, diverse and special Jerusalem community enter the charming and pleasant studio, pleasant, breathing, resting , and leaving as new. come too
