How students maintain fitness and concentration through yoga
When we decided to become students, we dreamed of the joy of learning, curiosity, intellectual stimulation, personal fulfillment, and the experience of success and growth.
But anyone who has ever been a student knows how easy it is to fall into a loop of constant struggle - endless hours of study, long and uncomfortable sitting in front of papers and screens, a constant battle against distractions and difficulty concentrating, exhausting stress that comes with every deadline, and fatigue that seeps into both body and mind.
At Yogapoint, we know that your time is a precious and limited resource - and if you’ve chosen to invest an hour in yoga instead of an hour of studying, it should be an investment that truly pays off.
We can assure you that integrating our yoga classes into your study routine will put you at an advantage - enjoying heightened and sustained concentration, as well as flexibility and lightness in your body!
You’re welcome to join us for a trial class with no commitment -
just 50 NIS to experience and see for yourself.
The classes take place in a beautiful, spacious studio on Ramban Street in Rehavia.
Bonus for students who purchase a monthly membership -
ongoing discounts on bodywork treatments at our therapy clinic: Zen Shiatsu, medical Swedish massage, Thai massage, orthopedic massage, clinical reflexology, and more.

Here are 5 reasons why yoga helps students:
Enhanced learning - and a student mood just like you dreamed of.
Body rejuvenation - improved fitness, flexibility, strong and long muscles, better range of motion and movement skills, enhanced breathing and cardiovascular endurance, no pain, and maintenance of tone and weight.
Mind rejuvenation - letting go of mentally draining experiences like constant time pressure, laziness, lack of motivation to study, fatigue, distraction, and difficulty concentrating. Experience more joy in learning, satisfaction and fun in the study process, as well as clear thinking and focused attention.
Mental renewal - freeing yourself from mentally exhausting experiences such as constant time pressure, laziness, lack of motivation to study, fatigue, distraction, and difficulty concentrating. Enjoy greater joy in learning, satisfaction and fun in the study process, along with improved focus and clear thinking.
Emotional renewal - responding to life from a place of inner calm, confidence, and resilience; feeling light, joyful, alert, and energetic; being powerfully relaxed and focused; easily maintaining concentration for long periods; and discovering surprising improvements in learning abilities, thinking, and memory.
Life renewal - breaking down internal blockages and conflicts, experiencing private moments of happiness, satisfaction, and success, marveling at what your body can and knows how to do, opening up to new insights, and cultivating self-awareness and inner reflection that lead to a deep understanding of your inner self and accelerate personal growth.

Yogapoint Teachers

Omer Hagai
Senior Yoga Instructor, founder of Yogapoint Studio, and graduate of the Department of Indian Studies, Religious Studies, and complementary studies at the Hebrew University.
"At the age of 7, my parents enrolled me in a course that included meditation, guided imagery, and relaxation and introspection exercises, and this knowledge became an integral part of me.
At 21, I first tried some basic yoga exercises. It changed my perception of my body and mind. The ongoing experience of calm, focus, and lightness I felt after just five minutes of practice made me realize I needed to explore further. The next day, I began a journey that has lasted 24 years of studying and practicing yoga, during which I discovered the deep connection and mutual influence between physiology and meditation, and between physical activity and mental activity.
I love seeing members of the Jerusalem student community connect with themselves and with each other, enjoying every moment of practice in the studio. Come and experience the transformation for yourself."

Roni Shai
In addition to being a yoga instructor, Roni is a student of Sociology, Anthropology, and Communication at the Hebrew University, as well as a student of Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the Reidman College. At the same time, Roni leads workshops on empowerment, inner peace, and heart-to-heart connection.
"It moves me to see people connecting with themselves. I love creating extraordinary experiences where one can pause the flow of thoughts and look inward. My content is accessible to everyone, and above all, I love people and life."
